Why a one-hand bat?
By isolating each hand, a player can quickly learn basic fundamentals from both sides and focus more on problem areas. Since the left side of the body doesn't function the same as the right side during the swing, a one-hand bat allows the hitter to learn proper swing mechanics by practicing one hand at a time. A one-hand bat is a great training aid for developing hand-eye coordination, quicker reaction time and faster bat speed.
